Deep Saddle Clip
Deep Saddle clips are primarily used when fixing has to be done directly into the structural member with a self drilling screw/TEK screw. No pre-drilled holes are required in this type of fixing. This saves time and makes it easier for installation. Deep saddle clips are preferred as it sits further deeper into the floor gratings providing a superior hold. We also provide deep slotted saddle clips when specified.
Assembly: Gratemetal manufactures deep saddle clips that suit a variety of bearing bar centers combined with Self drilling screw/TEK screws. The length of the screw is determined keeping in mind the height of the grating being installed.
Installation: The Deep saddle clip is easily installed by bridging it across two bearing bars & attaching it with self drilling screw/TEK screw without pre-drilled hole. These clips can also be used in conjunction with a variety of bottom clamps provided by us.
