J Clamp

J Clamp also referred as Bird mouth clip is specially designed bottom clamp that can be used in conjunction with a variety of our top clips like M clip, L clip, W clip & Square recessed clip & fasteners to secure FRP Gratings.

 

Assembly & Installation: This FRP Grating clamp assembly consists of Top M clip, Bottom J clamp i.e Bird mouth clip with suitable bolt, nut & washer. For installing J clamp assembly, the top clip has to be pushed into the open mesh squares such that the clip sits neatly on the load bars and the base of these top clips sits close to the bottom of the grating panel. Then the J clamp is placed below the grating such that it holds the structural member flange. Later, it is fixed using suitable fasteners.
