Galvanized Grating Clip

Galvanized Grating Clip is used to secure open steel flooring to the existing structural member while facilitating quick, easy & cost-effective way of fastening. Galvanized grating clips are suitable for installing gratings while working on the top of the grating floor and hence, access below the grating is not required.

Assembly: Galvanized grating clips comprises of a standard top clip, bottom clamp, bolt & nut. It can be supplied as a complete assembly or as individual components.

Installation: Lower the assembled grating clip from above the grating surface so that the top clip sits on the top of the grating bars, slide the bottom clamp towards the beam flange of the existing steel structure & fasten the bolt from the top by using simple hand tools. The square nut locks tightly in the slot of the bottom clamp which allows easy fastening of the galvanized grating clip from above.
