Grating Fixing Clamp
Grating fixing clamp is a universal clamp comprising of M-type top saddle clamp, pressed bottom clamp, slotted hex bolt & square nut. It is specially designed to suit a variety of Steel as well as FRP Gratings. These grating fixing clamps are used at places where drilling or welding isn't permissible at the site or where the underside of the floor grating isn't accessible.
Assembly: The universal grating fixing clamp comprises of M-type top saddle clamp, pressed bottom clamp assembled with slotted hex bolt & square nut.
Installation: Lower the assembled grating fixing clamp from above the grating surface so that the saddle clamp sits on the top of the grating bars, slide the bottom clamp towards the beam flange of base structure & fasten the bolt from the top by using simple hand tools. The square nut locks tightly in the slot of the bottom clamp which allows easy fastening of the grating fixing clamp from above.
